All orders that are received before 17:00 UK time are charged and sent out by first class mail or priority airmail the same day. These are non trackable services, but for an additional fee, you can upgrade to our FedEx service which offers much faster shipping and allows tracking of your parcel via the FedEx website.
The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your distance from the UK, and on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Please note that these times are only estimates based on our previous experience of sending to your country.UK and Northern Ireland: delivery normally takes 1-2 working days.
Western Europe: 3-5 working days.
Eastern Europe: 5-15 working days.
Rest of the world: 5-9 working days.
Depending on factors beyond our control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) this can take longer. Your parcel is insured against loss, theft or damage, so if you have not received your parcel within 28 days of your order confirmation email (10 days for UK customers and 6 weeks for France, South America and all African countries), then you should contact us through our
customer services form and we will refund or replace the order as required.
