Returns and refunds are arranged through our customer services department who can be contacted through the customer services form.

You should not return any items to us without contacting us by email or phone first. Any faulty, incorrect or unwanted items should be returned with an "Authorised Returns Number" - this number will be given to you via email or phone by a customer services representative.
