You all know the feeling, you've got your lyrics at the ready, computers on, microphones set up, and you've recorded the perfect take, it's time to listen back to the recording. If only you could get the quality to sound as dry and perfect as a studio recording. Well now you can with the highly anticipated Portable Vocal Booth Pro 2nd Edition.
Following on from the success of the first edition, Editors Keys spent many months talking with creatives like you to find out what you think is important when it comes to recording. Your Editors Keys Portable Vocal Booth 2nd Edition' now comes with improved acoustic treatment, our trademark floor stand, and now for the first time ever, it's the first Portable Vocal Booth you can use on your desk, thanks to our new desk mounts.
This is the Portable Vocal Booth Pro 2nd edition, which is used by thousands of home and studio users alike. Unlike the home version, the Pro comes with an adjustable barn door flexible head unit to open and close the unit around your head, as well as a full floor stand and desk mounts.
The Editors Keys Portable Vocal Booth Pro (or sound booth) with dual stands is your affordable solution for improving the sound and quality of recordings. It works by allowing the sound to pass through layers of foam and aluminum. The Portable Vocal Booth gently diffuses the acoustic waves surrounding the microphone, preventing the sound from bouncing back towards the mic, often changing the sound of your recording.
The specially molded foam has been shaped and processed in a way which not only helps to create dry vocals, but also prevents exterior noise, such as traffic noise or air conditioning entering into your mic. The Pro version also has a punched aluminum back, which adds an extra layer of audio deflection, compared to Editors Keys' home soundbooth version. This dramatically reduces audio interference during your perfect takes.
This not only improves the detail and sonic character of your recordings, but also gives you a crisp vocal, which is often hard to achieve when recording in certain studio setups.

For the new C 414 B-XLS and C 414 B-XL II microphones, AKG designed a new shock mount that differs from the familiar H 100 as follows:
The outside ring has been reduced in diameter from 120mm to 100mm
The color has been changed from black to dark gray
The clamping range has been increased from 22-26mm to 19-26mm to accommodate microphones with cylindrical or conical bodies or connectors including, e.g., the AKG Blue Line and ULS Series.
The H 85 shock mount keeps a lower profile than the H 100 and therefore looks better on the microphone.
The H 85 also matches several other AKG studio microphones, e.g., the C 2000 B, C 3000 B, and C 4000 B.
At present, the only microphones including an H 85 shock mount as a standard accessory are the C 414 B-XLS and C 414 B-XL II.
They are suitable for a wide range of microphones including compact and medium bodied, and microphone series which use remote capsules. The InVision range retains all the flexibility, balance and professional performance that you can expect from a Rycote microphone suspension.
The Rycote 041107 INV-7 is comprised of 2 x 70mm wide standard lyres with integral 19/25mm clips fitted to a large size support bar. This mount is considered to be one of the most universal in the InVision range, being suitable for a wide range of condenser microphones having a shaft diameter of 19mm to 25mm.
The Rycote Mini Windjammer for Tascam DR-07mkII is a lined slip-on faux fur cover designed for use with the Tascam DR-07mkII digital recorder. It has a windshield rating of medium that provides approximately 30dB of reduction from the effects of high-gust wind noise and vocal plosives. The Mini Windjammer can be used over a foam windscreen or on its own. A touch fastener strap secures the cover in place.
A spider-style suspension microphone shockmount designed for use with the C01, C03, CL7, CL8 and C01U condenser mics.
It can be used with the Rode NT2-A, NT1000, NT2000, NTK, K2, Classic II and other similar sized condenser microphones.

Position your microphone perfectly on your drum with this convenient clip
Ideal for uses such as attaching a microphone to a guitar amp.
Designed to reduce wind noise when recording in adverse environmental conditions, the WS8 combines an open-cell foam surround with an outer layer of acoustically transparent artificial fur. A rubber base prevents any wind noise from entering the rear of the microphone pickup area.
The WS8 supports microphones of 20mm diameter and 27mm capsule depth.
The 5/8" mounting threads are supplied with accompanying spacing clips to allow for easy positioning for stacked arrays, and the robust ABS construction makes the Stereo Bar stable and durable, allowing it to easily support the weight of two large diaphragm microphones such as the RODE K2.
*microphones not included
Taking advantage of a ball bearing / dual flat wall fitting that makes an extra tight, super quiet connection, the QR-1 is the perfect tool for expeditious swapping of microphones in the studio or on stage. The bottom half threads onto a 5/8" microphone stand while the top half threads into a 5/8" threaded microphone clip. To disconnect the two, simply pull down on the lower half's molded grip while lifting up on the top half!
Its soft construction absorbs noise and vibration, while the wide, flat profile provides coverage from the elements and allows for versatile mounting. There's two mounting points in case a redundant mic is required, and cable management on the side.
Available in either a pack of three or a bulk pack of ten, the invisiLav comes with pre-cut, skinsafe adhesive that can be used to stick the invisiLav to either the body or to fabric. The invisiLav itself is also made from a medical grade skin safe material so it can be mounted on the body without fear of irritation.
All Pro Series microphone stands feature oversized, thick, steel tubing and rubber foot caps that won't fall off. What's more, Pro Series mic stands resist scratches and won't rust thanks to a heavy-duty, strong (20 times stronger than the competition), Powder Coated finish.
The patented Quarter-Turn Clutch on the Pro Series microphones is a super smooth design that locks and unlocks with only a quarter turn of the clutch handle. It's an over-molded clutch that delivers a secure grip that locks up faster and smoother than any other clutch on the market.
Whether you're performing in the States or over seas, a Pro Series microphone stand is the only stand you'll need. The top threads fit both US- and metric-threaded mic clips and accessories for use all around the world.
The majority of the parts on Pro Series microphone stands can be field serviced with replacement parts as needed over their VERY long lifespan. So, instead of replacing the entire stand when a part fails, as you have to do with competing products, with a Pro Series mic stand, you simply replace the affordable part and move onto the next gig!
The durable and strong, black, chrome-plated die-cast tripod base on the Pro series microphone stands is up to 30 times stronger than the competition's base. And the super strong tripod legs securely snap into place for easy storage and quick setup and take down.
The new Ulti-Boom mic boom features an oversized rotation hub, the place on a boom where everything comes together. Ultimate Support's center hub is the largest on the market, increasing friction, and reducing any chance of slipping. Adjust it once and forget about it! And, the Ulti-Boom features a true metal counter-weight that provides true balance on the boom.
The powder-coated finish keeps the Mini Tripod Table-top Mic Stand/Clip looking good through years of use.
Its artificial fur is specially designed so as to minimise wind noise while remaining acoustically transparent.
The gold-plated contacts are colour coded, with grey indicating the TRRS input.
This is ideal for users wanting to connect their RODE VideoMic to their iPhone, and record using the RODE Rec app for iOS.
The gold-plated contacts are colour coded, with grey indicating the TRRS output.
While the SC4 was designed to operate with Apple iOS devices such as the iPhone and iPad, it is compatible with the majority of Android devices on the market.
Note that the SC4 is compatible with stereo microphones, with both left and right channels combined to a mono signal to be compatible with TRRS.
